How Do We Choose Our Products?

To be honest Bread & Butter only features items in the shop that we really enjoy. If we come across something we love, that’s when we know we should pass it on to you, because a great find only gets better when it’s shared. Bread & Butter has a range of high-quality, “better for you” products ranging from ingredients to ready to serve. Our team searches the Denver area and beyond to find the best artisans and merchants, and works with these partners to carefully design the products we sell. And above all, we choose products and artisans worth celebrating.

Can I Get Product Samples?

We want you to have an opportunity to try before you buy. Contact Bread & Butter and we will see to it that product samples are sent directly to you. If you are in need of any additional information you might need before you decide to buy, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Contact us.

Where Do You Ship To?

Bread & Butter can ship your order directly to you through your UNFI account. If you do not have a UNFI account your product can be shipped directly from the producer. We currently ship to The Greater Denver area.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payments are made directly through your UNFI account once you place your order. If you are purchasing direct we will set you up with a parent method through the producer of the product.

Is My Information Safe?

We value you as customers, so we handle all of your personal information responsibly.  We’d never share, sell or distribute it in any way to anyone.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Orders are placed through the shopping cart in Bread & Butter and we will process them through your UNFI account number. It’s that simple.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changes to cancelations can not be made after 24 hours of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You were asked to sign up for an account one you logged into the Bread & Butter website. If you for got your login please let us know and we can rest it. We also ask that you have an account with UNFI for purchasing products. If you need assistance with setting up a UNFI account let us know that too.

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders can be tracked through our Order Tracking area on the bottom of the Bread & Butter website.

How Can I Return a Product?

Because many of our items are food related, all sales are final—that said, if something arrives broken or doesn’t make you feel 100% happy, please contact us at todd@brdbttr.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better. No funny stuff, though—please don’t use products before returning them. (You think we won’t know? We’ll totally know.)
